We offer 1:1 online coaching and mentoring, utilising proven techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, setting ourselves apart from other services in the market. 

Academic pressures, including looming deadlines, heavy workloads, and the anxiety of exams, often trigger procrastination and stress among students, leading to falling behind in their schedules and underperformance. Background

My journey in mental well-being started during my own university struggles, driving me to seek help and conquer those challenges. After becoming a psychological well-being practitioner and life coach, I discovered a passion for guiding students through similar obstacles. Now, I specialize in coaching students to overcome barriers and achieve their academic potential

Accreditation

I am a fully accreditted Psychological Well-Being Practitioner Accredited by BACP and experienced in delivering low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy to individuals with common mental health difficulties in addition to life coaching experience
